I am looking to sublet my room in Central CBD from 17 August to 1st October. It is a nice and private room near UTS and other major universities. 9 min walk to Redfern station and 12 min walk to central railway square. Surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants.
The rent would be 410$/week for the entire room. Wifi and electricity will be shared expense. Water is included in the rent. Bond is 1640$. Repayment of bond will be done 2 weeks after vacating given the room is neat and tidy and everything is in working condition.
You'll be sharing the house with two friendly flatmates both working professionals.
