NestGo Pty Ltd is an accommodation and relocation platform. NestGo connects users with accommodation providers, landlords, property managers, agents and other third parties.

NestGo does not collect, hold, manage or guarantee rental deposits, bonds, advance payments or other payments made directly between users and third parties unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Users are responsible for completing their own checks before making payment. Users should verify the identity, ownership, legitimacy and authority of any person or organisation before transferring funds.

NestGo is not responsible or liable for any loss, fraud, scam, misrepresentation, dispute or financial loss arising from payments made to third parties.

By creating an account or using the website, users acknowledge and agree that payments made to third parties are made at their own risk.

Free Listings

Standard property listings are free for landlords, agents and accommodation providers. NestGo may offer optional paid services in the future, such as featured listings, inspections, relocation support, or Airbnb management.
